Overview — 001

One tooth, one problem, one visit — all for a single fixed price.

We believe emergency care works best when it's uncomplicated, which is why ours focuses on treating one tooth and one issue for a flat fee. £150 gets you a full assessment, whatever X-rays are needed, and enough treatment on the day to bring your pain under control. Exactly what that treatment involves depends on the diagnosis — it could mean removing the tooth, fitting a temporary filling, beginning root canal work, or prescribing antibiotics if that's the appropriate clinical route. Whatever's behind the problem, our priority is always to settle the pain and get you back to normal.

  • Same-day slots offered wherever possible
  • One flat fee of £150
  • Assessment built into the price
  • Every necessary X-ray included
  • On-the-spot treatment for one tooth and issue
  • A seasoned team dedicated to urgent dental care
The process — 002

How it goes, step by step.

4 stages
  1. 01
    15–20 minutes

    Emergency Assessment

We ask about your symptoms first, then examine the affected tooth to identify the source of the pain.

  2. 02
    Included

    X-rays (If Required)

Should an X-ray help confirm the diagnosis, it's taken there and then with no extra charge.

  3. 03
Usually completed during the same visit

    Immediate Treatment

You'll be given whatever treatment matches your emergency, whether that's an extraction, a temporary filling, root canal treatment getting underway, or another suitable option.

    Next Steps

Once the urgent issue is resolved, we'll discuss any further treatment required and provide a written plan if more work is needed.

  • Emergency pain relief

Questions — 005

The things people actually ask.

Can't see your question? Message us on WhatsApp — we'll reply the same day.

  • The fee covers everything needed to diagnose and treat one tooth and one issue — your assessment, any X-rays, and immediate treatment where appropriate.

  • Weekend and bank holiday emergency visits cost £250. You still get the same assessment, X-rays and single-tooth treatment — the extra simply covers us opening outside normal hours.

  • It depends entirely on what we find — perhaps an extraction, a temporary filling, root canal treatment starting, or antibiotics where that's indicated. Getting you out of pain quickly is always the goal.

  • Sometimes, yes. Many emergencies are fully resolved in a single visit, but certain teeth need further work afterwards, such as a permanent filling, a crown, or completing root canal treatment. We'll always flag this before you leave.

  • We'll try our best to fit you in the same day whenever a slot allows. If you're in pain, get in touch with us as soon as you can.

  • No — any X-rays taken as part of your emergency visit are already built into the £150 fee.

  • Our emergency appointment is designed around one tooth and one issue. Where more than one tooth needs attention, we'll discuss the best way forward and let you know about any additional cost first.
